There are many power and USB charging points all around the Departure Lounge benches available for charging your devices.
Bags can be weighed prior to check-in on the conveniently located bag-weigh stand adjacent to check-in.
After check-in walk your oversized baggage or special items to the double doors to the left of the check-in area. Friendly staff will point you in the right direction. All oversized bags can be collected from the Oversized Baggage Door located to the left of the baggage carousel in the Arrivals Terminal.
Smoking is not permitted inside the terminal.
Designated smoking areas are located outside the Arrivals and Departures terminals.
Airport Management request that all cigarette butts are placed in the bins provided.
Luggage trolleys are available on the footpath in the 2 min drop area front of terminal and in the Arrivals Hall.
Trolleys may be used free of charge.
Toilet facilities for travellers and visitors with disabilities are located in both the Arrivals and Departures terminals.
Recycling bins are located at several points throughout the terminal and are clearly labelled.
We encourage all passengers to use these where appropriate.
Flight Information Data Screens (FIDS)
FIDS screens are located throughout the Arrivals and Departures terminals with up-to-the-minute flight information.
There is a Public Address system with speaking outlets distributed throughout the facility.
Hearing augmentation for regular announcements is provided at the Check-in area and Departure Lounge.
Hearing loops are installed in the Check-in and the Boarding Lounge area.
Public telephones can be found in the Check-in area, the Departure Lounge and at the baggage carousel.
Our newsagency is a bit like a little convenience store – it sells all the essentials such as newspapers, magazines, phone chargers and ear buds, sunscreen, snacks and more.
And don’t forget to pick up your complimentary Herald Sun or Geelong Advertiser as you pass through.
An ATM can be found in the Departure Lounge.
