Time to Plan Asia

AirAsia will soon fly direct to Kuala Lumpur from Avalon Airport. KL is home to 1.73 million people and their airport is your gateway to the rest of Asia…

From KL, AirAsia can take you to an abundance of wonderful destinations. Each has their own character and each has their own attractions. Don’t worry - if you’re overwhelmed by the choice and are not sure where to begin, here’s but a couple of suggestions:

Phnom Penh

  • Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia.
This city boasts amazing history, excellent shopping and a raft of well priced accommodation. You can stay for the day and hit the street food scene or spend extra time taking your time, riding bikes and creating your own trail around this beautiful part of the world.

  • In India, the Taj Mahal is one of the wonders of the world.
Constructed in the 1600’s this white marble building was commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife. AirAsia flies to New Delhi and Jaipur in India, so you can choose the best way to start your journey to one of the most romantic spots on the continent.

  • And if you’re feeling like some sun and sand, you can’t go past Phuket.
Bangkok is just up the road from there and the nightlife is amazing. Thailand has long been a special destination for Australian travellers. Temples merge with markets, and tuk-tuks take you anywhere.

Phang Nga Bay

Asia is a continent of contrasts. From secluded beaches to nightlife and shopping sprees, your itinerary is only limited by your imagination.

Beijing to Bangkok, Hong Kong to Hanoi.

The options will be endless when you start your journey with Avalon Airport and AirAsia to KL.
Where you go from there is up to you…
