There are a range of ways you can get to and from Avalon Airport from either Melbourne or Geelong.

Car

Take advantage of Avalon's cheap car parking, located a maximum of 200 metres away from the terminal entrance, so you'll have only a short 2 to 3 minute walk from your car to the terminal entrance.

Taxis
Avalon Airport has a taxi drop-off and departure rank directly outside the terminal.

Buses
Bus services operate both to and from Melbourne and to and from Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. All buses depart immediately outside the Arrival Hall.

To and from Melbourne

Sita Coaches operates a bus service between Avalon Airport and Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer Street Station).

The shuttle meets all arriving and departing Jetstar flights on a set timetable and takes approximately 50 minutes.

To and from Geelong

The Avalon Airport Shuttle operates a bus service between Avalon Airport and Geelong, Torquay, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Great Ocean Road.

The shuttle meets all arriving and departing Jetstar flights on a set timetable.
